Sam Hunt Headlines Legends Day Concert at Indianapolis Motor Speedway 102nd Running

2018 Marked the 102nd running of the world-famous Indianapolis 500 race for the Indy Car Series.

Country star Sam Hunt headlined the Legends Day Concert along with Cannon Smith, and Fillmore. Sam Hunt still finding success from his first studio album “Montevallo” it has spanned five top singles such as “Break up in a Small Town” and “Body like a Back Road” which hit #1 on the country charts and stayed for a few weeks. Sam played to a packed house, over in turn four, playing everyone’s favorite hits, his ability to charm the crowd and interact with the fans made this show well worth covering.

Canaan Smith has been around for a while, just recently breaking into the country music scene, showed the crowd that he is someone on the rise in the country music industry as he can sing, dance and play guitar, this triple threat is sure to break out and be on the rise, I had not listened to his music prior to this show, but I was intrigued afterwards and will be checking his music out.

Filmore- took the stage to warm the crowd up with a mix of pop and country, may be the rookie around Nashville but he has been at it grinding for six years. This young talented musician can dance and play guitar as well, I enjoyed the set and his interaction with the crowd. If you like new music any of these artists would be great to check out and you can find them on all your music streaming services.

As for the overall day of country artist It was good lineup. I did learn one valuable lesson take the shuttle bus next time…
