Majik Ninja Entertainment invades The Emerson Theater to bring their flavor of wickedness with The Murder Tour. A tour headlined by the Scarecrow, Boondox. With support from Blaze Ya Dead Homie and Lex the Hex Master.
As the eager fans started piling into the Emerson, local openers DamneDNation, FangBang and Bulletproof #BPTF put on high energy performances that got the crowd riled up and ready for the first MNE artist.
Through the smoke and darkness emerges Lex the Hex Master. Lex gave a stellar performance, performing tracks mostly from his Black Season and Mr. Ugly EPs. Lex is great at getting the crowd to participate with him while he performs. Pointing to the crowd to have them finish popular rhymes of his and getting the fans jumping. Lex performed a solid set and had the crowd anticipating the next artist.
Blaze Ya Dead Homie takes stage and gets a monstrous roar from the crowd. The Zombie King is a fan favorite because he always gives amazing performances every time he hits the stage. Blaze performed a vast variety of his music. Playing hits from his first self titled release, all the way to performing tracks from his newest album, “The Casket Factory”. Now that the crowd is beyond amped, it’s time for the headliner to take stage.
The crowd erupts as Boondox takes stage and instantly gets into his first track. Since this tour is in support of his new album, “The Murder”, he performed quite a few songs from the new album along with fan favorite like “Pillin’ Spree”, “Freak Bitch” and “Seven”. Boondox gave very high energy performance and the fans loved every moment of it.
The artists from MNE done an amazing job and gave the fans exactly what they wanted. As I was walking out the venue, I could overhear fans talking about how happy they were that they performed this song or that song. Everyone walked out with a smile on their face. Tip of the hat to Boondox, Blaze, Lex and the local openers for putting on a terrific show.
